Which engagement model is right for my UC/AV project?

Generally: Resource Augmentation when you need embedded specialist capability for an ongoing service line. Project Engagement for a defined-scope build with a hard deliverable. Strategic Advisory when the project hasn't been funded yet and you need the business case. MSP Orchestration when an integrator is already delivering and you need a technical oversight layer. The brief builder captures enough detail to recommend the right one.

Do you work with existing AV integrators or replace them?

Both. We frequently work alongside the client's existing integrator as a technical oversight and QA layer (MSP Orchestration model). We also lead end-to-end project delivery where the client wants a single accountable party. The brief builder asks where you are in the procurement cycle.
